As a new patient, I waited two months for my annual check-up only to have it canceled via text a week before. They didn't even call, but expected me to call back just to be pushed to late October to see an NP instead of the MD. This total disregard for a new patient's time.

I'm very happy with Sanitas. The office is nice, and it's easy to get timely appointments. Crystal at the front desk is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, while Dr. Gutierrez has kept me healthy for 4+ years now. Plus their telemed is available anytime for refills, many types of referrals, and virtual care for minor issues.

HORRIBLE PRACTICE!! arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and checked in using the confirmation email the office sent the SAME DAY as my appointment. Only then was I informed that my appointment had been canceled because the physician left the practice. I received no phone call, email, or text notifying me beforehand, despite the fact that this appointment was scheduled a month in advance and I drove 40 minutes to get there, only to have my time completely wasted. What’s even more frustrating is that no one in the office made any effort to help me or make an exception so I could be seen by another physician that day. It’s honestly unbelievable and reflects how little this company seems to value its patients. To make matters worse, the front desk staff member, who showed zero concern, told me she couldn’t reschedule me and that I needed to call the main number. When I did, I was told the earliest available appointment is another month out, even though I already waited a full month for this one.

I had come in on 05/08/26 to get a referral to see a Surgeon for my gallbladder issue. I saw Tatiana the APRN and told her in great detail the reason I was there and the importance of obtaining this referral due to my potential life threatening situation. She seemed to understand and said they'd process the referral within a day or so. Come Sunday I see the referral issued to the wrong Doctor. I called my health insurance provider and they said I should return to Sanitas in person and ask to see a supervisor. I went ahead and did so on Monday 11th. I went in and asked to see someone in charge, I then had the Great Pleasure to meet Crystal F. The operations Manager. I explained to her what was told to me on 05/08/26 and how the referral wasn't correct, We had a Pleasant conversation and she was able to facilitate my initial request within 30 minutes of my arrival. I feel that Crystal Truly Cared about my situation and Genuinely wanted to help me. I wanted let Her know how much I appreciated the time and effort she put in. Thanks Again !!! Ed.

Great visit today to Sanita's of C. Spgs. even after being a patient for over 2 yrs. now! Dr. Maria is great! She's fun, warm, caring, professional & very sincere! Juju, Dara her Nurse/Med. assistants are so kind & caring as well! They truly reflect Dr. Maria! Also, very nice & efficient front office staff! No long waiting & feeling like your time doesn’t matter, that's the part I really appreciate about this office! Thank you Doc for ALL your great care!
